While it is our desire to meet face-to-face, we must follow necessary safety protocols. As Federal or State guidelines change, we will adjust accordingly, in the best interest of the health our staff and visitors.
Masks, social distancing, and health survey compliance are required for all staff and visitors.
Our offices are open for prescheduled appointments and according to MDHHS guidelines. Instructions for entering the facility will be outlined when your appointment is confirmed.
In lieu of in-person meetings, we will be happy to schedule a video or tele-conference.
We encourage you to provide us with as much information as possible in advance of your meeting. We are accepting drop-offs, mail-in and secure electronic exchange of information. Please feel free to ask us about our ShareFile secure electronic exchange portal.
Documents can be dropped off and picked up at either office. Call your closest office for specific instructions.
Vendors: Please call for procedures to access the facility if that is necessary or for instructions for deliveries.
